Bad Eye Infection...
I just got a pretty bad eye infection at my lower eye lip. All these started on last Friday with a small swell, then on sat morning it was still a small swell... However, it starts to get even worse on Sat night that it is already feeling painful when i blink my eye and the swell was growing like nobody business. On Sun morning, I went to see my family doctor and he said that I must have rub my eyes with my dirty hands and caused the infection and he gave me the medicines but stressed that it might not work that much cos there might be a pus forming already.... "sweat man"Anyway, on Monday i decided to consult another doctor's advice cos it seems like the infection is getting serious... and it happens that my aunt is working at the clinic as nurse. When i reached there, the doc looked at my eye and said that he need to do surgery for me... cos pus is forming.. and he need to cut it out... :S OMG!!!! scare me leh...
So there i was, lying on the bed preparing to be cut.... 1st the doc put eye drop in my eyes.. then he inject the anesthesia into my lower and upper eye lips.. wah... this is power man.. cos i go oooo and ahhhhh when he was doing the injection... then after that he was thinking to cut from inside or outside. cos he said that if he cut from outside, there will be a scar... but if cut from inside, he have to be careful of not to break the pus else it will leave a scar as well... :S I was sure praying hard that no scar is left... cos i still got to take my wedding photo in Aug....
After several mins, the little surgery was done.... to my relieve....wah!!! finally loh.... but my eye was super super swollen after the surgery..... wah.... this is the worst i had went thru so far... and i am sure glad that it is over already. Now i am on recovery stage. Doc say that full recovery will take 2 weeks... but i shld start to see that the swell subside abit by abit as time goes....
Really hope that it can be better soon.
