Punggol Sapphire Finally!!!!
After balloting for 5x, I finally got a chance to be within the 100% of the 5 rooms balloting but the no. is still not that good also. Out of 305 units of 5 rooms, i got a queue no. of 248. Not too bad, if at least 20 to 30% give up their chances before me. Else hor.. i will sure be left with low level units again....Actually i quite like Sapphire. However, 1 problem. It is the first and only estate that is goint to be built up on the other side of the punggol mrt. However, there is also 1 problem... the estate is going to be beside a so call haunted bungalow... named Matilda House....
Worst still, my papa had been telling me the ghostly encounters by his female malay colleague who stayed near Punggol Fields.... Kaoz.... I hope i will not be that suai.. and hope that the whole estate will be booming with humans by the time my flat is ready... Pray hard...
Think i got to go to the temple to pray for my flat....and hope that i can get a good good unit with good good view and free of boogie boogie....:P
