What does he know??? Haiz...
After working as a manager for this couple of months, i just felt that today is the worst day. Reason being that i had to go through the worst session that i had never wanted to do and that is to terminate my subordinate...It was not my choice to terminate her.. rather it was Ah Gong's decision to do so.. and worst still i had tried to talk to him into giving her a chance but apparantly, it did not work out. It seems like he like to use the statement "mismatch in expectation"... I would say that it was rather unfair to my subordinate.
Anyway, i am still glad that she had made a nice exit ... and i appreciate her work for the past 3 months... i look forward to meeting her out again and wish her all the best....
