Bad News (Itz so difficult to hire someone)
Heard from GF on thurs night that the new programmer that my boss hired sudd said that she cannot work for us already. I almost flip man..... After a confirmation with another colleague and my director... then i realized that it is really true...Why are these programmers all like tat!!!! Haiz.. nw the development team is like suffering from a crisis... lack of resources... the current 2 programmers are dying of tiredness liao....
HELP... when is the new programmer coming?????

Maybe the workload is too heavy for them to handle?
