Fireworks Today!!!
Today I went to the fireworks !!!Me, ahhuang, meow and MT... met up at CityHall... and we decided to go to MOS burger to buy out... Somehow, i think MOS shld do something abt their service... me and ahhuang queue for almost 1/2 hr and when we reached the counter, the counter personnel told us that we had to wait for 20 mins for the burgers!!! I almost pengz... why they nv put a notice to tell their customer about this??? Waste our time to realize that more time have to be wasted to get our food..
Gave up and we went to get Gui instead. Walked to Esplanade and realized that it was so packed!!! Fully packed i should say... it was not like this on last saturday 1st fireworks display... We hardly could move thru the pathway which was beside the esplanade. Eventually we found a spot which we thou was a good spot... Well, we are quite wrong... the fireworks did came... but then throughout the whole display, the centre was blocked by the trees... and the bottom was blocked by the heads....
Still, the whole display was good!! Much better than the 1st one. The starting was in red and white.. mayb to symbolize the birthday of Singapore. The best is that the displays are coordinating with the music which are the Singapore songs, which i think were quite nicely matched. Although i did not have a full view of the fireworks, i can still see the designs... of each shot.
This year is the 1st time i see so many fireworks in a year. I dunno whether i will be goin for the 3rd and 4th one cos dun think i can get kakis liao.. but then i really enjoyed it .... except for the volume of the ppl there... Gosh!!! Too many ppl liao!!!
