Promotion
Well, 23th August 2007 marked the day that i am promoted to Manager of Programming & Development Division after working with my coy for 3 yrs. It really comes as a surprise to me even though my boss had actually asked me to lead the team for a while to see whether i am comfortable and suitable to be a team lead.Well, i thought i might just be a team lead or supervisor in my team so this promotion really comes as a surprise to me. Of cos i was happy that i had been promoted. But then i do have mixed feeling as well. Can't reveal much here... but then i only know that i was really in a state of shock, followed by stress and confusion.
Even though when i had asked Matong for advice... i still feel uneasy... it was only after my meeting with ahhuang when i was chit chatting with her as well as the prob that i was feeling that might surface and of cos some other kpo stuffs. Of cos, after chit chatting with her, i feel so much better.
Well, i think i will need a few more days to calm down....
