Home Early.... Isn't it adnormal?
Today I am home early... Well, suppose to meet dear after work... But then he said that he had to do a backup and that backup got to take 2 hrs.. Worst still, back up can only start when the users are off work and that is 5.30pm i suppose....At first, he told me he cannot meet me... but then thinking that we had nt been meeting ea other for a couple of days... So i suggested i go and buy Lei's present 1st, then i will go to the hotel lobby to wait for him....
Well, i reached there at abt 7.30pm and he came down and keep saying sorry... telling me tat he had problems backing up the system... and he is still waiting for his support to get bk to him.....
Well, It is heng that i had actually bought him a chicken pie.. cos i know that he confirmed had not eaten... But seems like he doesn't really have the mood to eat... Anyway, i did not really want him to lose concentration on his work.. cos i know that he is already worried abt the backup... and i do not want him to worry abt me waiting there for him either... Therefore, i told him that i will go bk 1st... so tat he can concentrate on his work.... Of cos, i left him the pie.. cos i think he have to work til quite late also.. if he have to get his 2 hrs backup done...
Actually i know that he did not really like tat job.. in fact, he kept complaining that he had boarded the pirate ship... I can't really help him much.. I can only advise him tat if he really don't like the job, then he can jolly well finish the 4 months of probation and then find another job... Cos it pains my heart to see him so unhappy... Somehow, he juz doesn't look as happy as he used to be after his 1st day of work....
Well, i really do wonder whether did he take his pie... and how is the back up now....
